1、 Equipment preparation and inspection

4、 Shutdown and Cleaning

Turn off the device: After coating is completed, turn off the power supply of the hot melt coating machine and cut off the external power supply.

Cleaning the site: Clean the surface of the equipment and components such as the coating head filter screen to ensure the cleanliness and dryness of the equipment. Put the remaining hot melt adhesive back into the adhesive storage tank and close the lid of the tank.

5、 Safety precautions

Wear protective equipment: Operators should wear safety gloves, goggles, long sleeved work clothes and other protective equipment to avoid being burned by high-temperature liquid hot melt adhesive or high-temperature component surfaces.

Avoid touching high-temperature components: During equipment operation, do not touch high-temperature components such as nozzle assemblies to avoid burns.

Environmental requirements: Avoid operating equipment around volatile and explosive materials or gases, and avoid using it in environments with low or high temperatures. In addition, try to use it in areas without fast flowing air to prevent wire drawing.

6、 Maintenance and upkeep
