What Parts should be Inspected in the Daily Inspection of the Glue Wrapping Machine?

1.Check all power and air sources of automation equipment.

The problems of power supply and air source often lead to the failure of automatic equipment, such as power supply problems. The automatic gluing machine includes the power supply failure of the whole workshop, such as low power supply, burnt fuse, poor contact of power plug, etc;

The air compressor is not turned on, the pneumatic three-piece or two-piece is not turned on, the current limiter is turned off, etc. the following aspects shall be included when detecting the automatic equipment: power supply, including the power supply of each equipment, the power supply of the workshop and the air pressure source required by the pneumatic device.

2.Check whether the sensor position of the automation equipment is offset.

Due to the negligence of the equipment maintenance personnel, the position of some sensors may be wrong, for example, they are not in place and the sensors are faulty. The sensor position should be checked frequently and adjusted in time if there is any deviation. If the sensor is damaged, it should be replaced immediately. Many times, in addition, due to the vibration of automation equipment, most of the sensors will be loose after long-term use. Therefore, during daily maintenance, it is necessary to frequently check whether the position of the sensor is correct and whether it is fixed firmly.

3.Check the relay, current limiter and pressure reducing valve of automatic equipment.

Like the magnetic induction sensor, the relay will be grounded and stuck for a long time, which cannot guarantee the normal operation of the electrical circuit and needs to be replaced. In the air circuit system, the pressure regulating spring of the current limiter and the pressure reducing valve, and the automatic gluing machine will loosen or slide with the vibration of the equipment. Like the sensor, these devices are components that need daily maintenance in the automation equipment.

4.Check the internal components of electrical, solenoid valve and air circuit connection.

If no problems are found in the above three steps, check all circuits to see if the wires in the circuit are open, especially if the wires in the trunking are cut by the trunking due to pulling, and check whether the air pipe is damaged by folds or cracks. If the air pipe is severely folded or cracked, replace it immediately.

5.Check whether the solenoid valve has reversing action. The automatic gluing machine uses the electromagnet to attract the valve core to make the cylinder reverse. When the electromagnet fails, the valve core does not act, resulting in the cylinder unable to act. If there is too much water and dust in the air circuit, the valve core will be stuck and blocked, resulting in the cylinder unable to act.

6.After ensuring that the above steps are correct, the fault may occur in the controller of the automation equipment, but it can never be a program problem. First of all, do not be sure that the controller is damaged. As long as there is no serious short circuit, the controller has short circuit protection, and the general short circuit will not burn the controller.
